Standardly we go back three (3) years. However, in some cases we can justify going all the way back to when your telecommunications services began. |

What do I need to do to get started with your services? |
| Answer |
We will need an endorsed Telecommunications Audit Consultation Contract, a signed Letter of Authority (LOA) to present to the respective telecommunication providers, and, a completed Account Information Sheet. To speed up implementation we have provided an electronic Account Information Sheet for you to fill out and e-mail to us. We will, upon receipt, mail you out a service Contract along with a sample LOA you can copy upon your company letterhead. When we receive the endorsed Contract and LOA, we will begin. |
